Car Rental Excel Spreadsheet Template
Registration of Vehicles, Suppliers, and Clients
To start using the spreadsheet, you must register your entire fleet (brand, color, purchase price, rental price), your suppliers (registration number, address, contact in general), and customers.
Rent Control
For each month, you can register all of your rents by associating each sale with a customer and vehicle. In addition, you will record the withdrawal and delivery dates for each of them, thus calculating the rental time and also the value. In this tab, it is also possible to control the payment status and the situation of each of the rents.
Financial Reports
